NSDL is an abbreviation of the National Securities Depository Limited. It is a central securities depository in India which deposits the securities of investors like shares, bonds, and debentures in electronic format. It is the primary and largest central securities depository in India that was founded to organize the matters and concerns in a category to solve, which are related to the paper-based settlement of securities such as awful delivery and delayed shifting of title.
