Problem Solution:

In this program, we will get the current time zone using the zone() method of Time class and print the result.

The source code to get the current time zone is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

# Ruby program to get the 
# current time zone

date_time = Time.new();

curretDateTime = date_time.inspect();

zone  = date_time.zone();

print "Current time zone is: ",zone;

Output:

Current time zone is: UTC

Explanation:

In the above program, we created the object of the Time class and got the time zone using the zone() method, and printed the result.
