Problem Solution:

Here, we will create a simple closure to print the "Hello World" message. Closures are special functions. We can define a closure function without using the "func" keyword and function name.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to create a simple closure function is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

// Swift program to create a
// simple closure function

import Swift

// Define a closure
var SayHello = {
    print("Hello World")
}

// call the created closure
SayHello()

Output:

Hello World

...Program finished with exit code 0
Press ENTER to exit console.

Explanation:

In the above program, we imported a package Swift to use the print() function using the below statement,

import Swift

Here, we created a closure function SayHello() to print the "Hello World" message on the console screen.
