Problem Solution:

In this program, we will read a value from the user using gets.chomp.to_f. Then we will find the arcsine of given value using Math.asin() function.

The source code to find the arcsine of the given value is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

# Ruby program to find the arcsine 
# of the given value

print "Enter value: ";
value = gets.chomp.to_f;  

result = Math.asin(value);
print "Arc Sine is: ",result;

Output:

Enter value: 0.5
Arc Sine is: 0.5235987755982989

Explanation:

In the above program, we read a value from the user using gets.chomp.to_f and got the arcsine of given value using Math.asin() function and printed the result.
