GPA: Grade Point Average

GPA is an abbreviation of Grade Point Average. It alludes to a grading system in education which is used to determine the performance average of students in an academic session in schools and colleges. It is a numerical mark that gives a brief statement of the key points of the academic performance or presentation of the students in an academic year.

The calculation of GPA varies in different types of schools and other educational institutions on the range of different scales.
