Problem Solution:

In this program, we will create a block and pass the argument to the block. Here we will print country names.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to demonstrate the argument passing to block is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

# Ruby program to demonstrate the
# argument passing to block

countries = ["India","Australia","USA","UK"];

puts "Country Names: ";
countries.each do |countries|
    print " ",countries,"\n";
end

Output:

Country Names:
 India
 Australia
 USA
 UK

Explanation:

In the above program, we created a block with an argument. Here we passed country names to the block and accessed each country name one by one and printed them.
