Problem Solution:

Here, we will get the random element from an array using the randomElement() function and print the result on the console screen.

The source code to get a random element from an array is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

import Swift

var countries = ["india","usa","canada","japan"]

print(countries.randomElement() as Any)

Output:

RUN 1:
Optional("india")

RUN 2:
Optional("japan")

...Program finished with exit code 0

Explanation:

In the above program, we imported a package Swift to use the print() function using the below statement,

import Swift

Here, we created an array of strings countries that contains the name of 4 countries. Then we used the randomElement() function to get the random element from the array and print it on the console screen.
