Problem Solution:

Here, we will convert an ASCII value into a corresponding character using UnicodeScalar() function and print the result on the console screen.

The UnicodeScalar() function returns the optional value, then we need to unwrap it using the "!" operator.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to print the character corresponding ASCII value is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

// Swift program to print the character
// corresponding ASCII value

import Swift;

var ascVal = 65;

// Convert Int to a UnicodeScalar.
var char = UnicodeScalar(ascVal)!

print("Char: ",char);

Output:

Char:  A

...Program finished with exit code 0
Press ENTER to exit console.

Explanation:

In the above program, we imported a package Swift to use the print() function using the below statement,

import Swift;

Here, we created an integer variable ascVal initialized with 65. Then we converted the ASCII value into a corresponding character using UnicodeScalar() function and printed the result on the console screen.
