Problem Solution:

In this program, we will get the current minute of the hour out of 60 using the strftime() method of Time class and print the result.

Program/Source Code:

The source code to get the current minute of the hour using the strftime() method is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

# Ruby program to get the current minute of hour
# using strftime() method

time = Time.new();
CurrentMinuteOfHour = time.strftime("%M");

print "Current minute of hour is: ",CurrentMinuteOfHour;

Output:

Current minute of hour is: 01

In the above program, we created the object of the Time class. Then we got the current minute of the hour out of 60 using the strftime() method with "%M" as an argument and printed the result.
