In this program, we will create a string and then replace the text inside the string using the gsub() method and return the result.

The source code to replace text inside the string using the gsub() method is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

str = "I am a great person.";

str = str.gsub("great", "good");

print str;

Output:

I am a good person.

Explanation:

In the above program, we created a string str initialized with "I am a great person.". Then we replaced the text inside the string using the gsub() method. After that, we printed the updated string.
