C# program to demonstrate the use of Days property of TimeSpan structure

Here, we are going to demonstrate the use of Days property of TimeSpan structure in C#.Net.
Submitted by Nidhi, on April 18, 2021

Here, we will learn about the Days property of TimeSpan. This property is read-only which is used to represent days in given ticks. Here, we create an object of TimeSpan and initialized it with ticks. Then we can get days of given ticks using Days property.

Syntax:

int TimeSpan.Days;

Return value:

This property returns an integer value that represents the number of days in given ticks in the current instance of the TimeSpan structure.

Program:

The source code to demonstrate the use of Days property of TimeSpan structure is given below. The given program is compiled and executed successfully.

using System;

class TimeSpanDemo
{
    //Entry point of Program
    static public void Main()
    {
        TimeSpan timeSpan = new TimeSpan(864000000000*2);
        Console.WriteLine("Days in given ticks:"+ timeSpan.Days);
    }
}

Output:

Days in given ticks:2
